This kit is suitable for late 3.0 (1972 onwards) and 2.8i Ford Capri models. It has an a special extreme material on the centre plate to cope with heat and an uprated spring loading on the pressure plate. It will easily handle 250BHP, whilst still retaining a smooth traditional feel in operation. Others companies sell this as a 'sprint' clutch at a much higher price. Clutch is genuine Ford and was originally made for the Sierra Cosworth.
Centre plate has 23 splines and is 9.5 inches diammeter. All clutch kits carry 12 months warranty.
Kit is supplied as a 3 piece kit which includes a pressure plate, friction plate and a release bearing.
