This is a gas pressure fixed rate unit, so no fiddling with settings needed. Just trust that Bilstein have used all their experience to get the bounce and rebound settings perfect for a road going sports car type performance. The original 2.8i units were the best that factory Ford fitted and these are much better even than those.
