Terms

Tickover's terms below are to ensure a fair trade and understanding for both the customer and us. These in no way alter any statutory consumer rights that you may have.

1:) Faulty goods:- if goods are deemed to have been supplied as faulty, Tickover will, on return and verification replace the faulty item. Customer incurred postal charges cannot be refunded as the parts manufacturer's warranty does not include this.

2:) Incorrectly supplied goods:- if goods are supplied as incorrect, and the fault lies with Tickover then Tickover will organise replacement at our expense, including postage.

3): Incorrectly supplied goods:- if goods are supplied as incorrect, and the fault lies with the customer, then Tickover will replace the goods, but all re-postage charges etc, must be born by the customer.

4): Correctly supplied goods:- if goods are supplied correctly, but the customer decides they are not required, then the goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund. Items placed as a special order from a manufacturer cannot be refunded. Return postage charge must be born by the customer.

5:) Courier delivery:- in the event that a courier damages items in transit we will replace or refund after discussion to find a satisfactory resolution.Tickover will despatch in stock items on the same or next day, for 48hr delivery. Tickover will make every effort to chase parcels that couriers may be late delivering, but accept no blame for courier problems. Items out of stock will be given a very approx delivery time after placement of order. If a customer asks for a parcel to be redirected to a different address, after a failed delivery attempt, the courier companies charge a second delivery charge, and this will be the customer's responsibility.

6:) International orders (not UK and not Ireland) will receive a quote on total price, inclusive of shipping, by email after the order has arrived here. The system will put Tickover's address as delivery, as system cannot automate postage charges on international orders. Don't worry, just put all your details in the billing address area and I will sort it all out once a quote is agreed. Our system does not take money automatically from any card details provided. The details arrive (encrypted and only decode-able on 1 PC here) to be processed manually. This means we can provide an international shipping quote before any payment is processed. No money will be taken without the customer confirming approval of the shipping quote.

7:) Payment:- all payments must be received in advance of despatch, and in advance of special orders.

8:) Warranty:- any warranty on parts is given by the manufacturer and not by Tickover. This will vary from item to item and details should be contained within the packaging, or from the manufacturer.
